MICEX struggles with “excessively active” trade bots

Yesterday the Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange (MICEX) announced that starting from 27 June it would start to block excessively active trade bots because actions taken by automated systems sometimes impose threat to normal course of trading. Sounds good, but the danger here is that this initiative may isolate not only automated systems, but ordinary traders as well.
